How is Coaching Done and What Can I Expect?  

Using a series of one hour telephone sessions or in-person meetings, we will work together to:

  1. Identify what’s going on; determine what you wish to improve
  2. Create a clear vision of your best circumstance
  3. Address any thoughts and behaviors that may be holding you back
  4. Determine steps you can take to feel better or to change/improve your situation
  5. Create a plan for getting it done; and
  6. Understand tools that you can use on your own to resolve future issues you may encounter

Typically, you will receive notes from me following our call as a reminder of your discoveries and what, if any actions you decided to take.

My experience has been that most situations can be addressed in five to six sessions.  

On the other hand, some situations require fewer sessions, and some take more.   The good news is that the process is customized for each individual.

Where are sessions conducted?

Any where! Most sessions are conducted over the telephone, so we can work together at a mutually convenient time, no matter where you are! However, you should not be driving or otherwise distracted from the conversation,
